The promising two-year-old, Fair Maiden, is looking forward to her first G1 victory at the Breeder's Cup for junior heroes in the first day of the Breeder's Cup at Santa Anita, USA, on Friday, November 1.

Street Boss's daughter continues to compete for a mile under her coach Owen Harty after narrowly losing to third place in the G1 Tatalma Stakes at the same distance in Woodbine, Canada, on Sunday, September 15.

Earlier, she scored two brilliant victories at a shorter distance, winning a five-furlong pole-track start at Arlington in July, with a landslide victory in the Catch Aglimps Stakes at just over six furlongs at Canada's Woodbine in August.

Draydon van Dijk leads the Fair Maiden, which runs from the lane of 10 of the 14 skilled runners, led by European stars Alpina and Dahia.

Owen Harty said: "Fair Midden" at the top level. She has been training at Santa Anita since her last race in Woodbine, so she has little advantage over the rest of her competitions.

"Her participation in the Natalma Stakes was a tremendous effort. I think if she ran straight that day, she might have won her ally - she just lost a neck and drifted in and out. We provided her with a pair of nebulae and she seemed more focused when wearing them. Those are part of the past now.

"Draydon van Duck is probably the best knight in California right now. He's at the top of his form and has been on the verge of Fair Maidan in all of her training since returning from Canada."

"FairMedt is expected to present a very good picture of itself, and if it gets a Salik track, it will compete strongly for the lead.
