The four-year-old Richmond Avenue is heading to Santa Anita, USA, for her first experience in the seeded category at the G2 Goldicova Stakes on Sunday, November 3.

The daughter of the stallion Invencible Sprint, winner of a seven-furlong beginner race in Longchamp, France, continues in October 2018, competing in the grass mile under coach Andre Fabre after two outstanding entries on the same stage in the European arena.

She made a strong run to finish second in the Prix de la Koucher in Longchamp in September - and competed strongly for third place in the Rosemary Stakes in Newmarket, UK, later that month.

Mickael Barzalona will lead Richmond Avenue, who will face six other foals, including the fifth in the G1 Personal Insects Stakes Coach Rock, as well as the G3 winners Sibley Breathless, Twannett and Miss Bad Behfior.

"Richmond Avenue loves the fast pace and serious pace of the race," said Lisa Jane Gravard of Godolphin. "We hope to find the right conditions for her in Santa Anita."

"She is a highly skilled and agile coach who is entering this race at a high level. We hope she will perform according to her standard.
